Edmonton & Area U-Pick Strawberries, Raspberries and Elderberries
Located near Edmonton, Alberta, in Parkland County, we are a small, local, U-Pick Farm. In 2022 we began planting strawberry, raspberry and elderberry bushes to add to our u-pick operation.
STRAWBERRIES
There is nothing quite like the taste of a freshly picked strawberry! Strawberries are the first fruit to ripen on our farm. We grow June bearing strawberries which typically are ready for harvest at the end of June and early July. June bearing strawberries only produce for 3-4 weeks, so get them before they are gone. Sign up for our newsletter so you are the first to know when our u-pick opens.
We have cardboard berry baskets available for purchase – $2 each, or bring our own container.
2025 Pricing
u-pick – $5.00/lb
pre-picked – $35/5lb basket
Strawberries are priced by the pound. U-pick = $5/lb. If you don’t have time to pick your own, not a problem! Pre-picked $35 for a 5lb basket. Pre-picked orders will be added to a list on a first come, first served basis when there are extra in the field. Payment must be made in advance for pre-picked berries.
One ticket is required for every 5lbs of berries you would like to pick. (5lbs fits in one of our cardboard baskets or an Ice cream pail). So, if you would like to pick 2 – 5 pound baskets, please purchase 2 tickets. The cost of your ticket price (minus fees) will be deducted off the purchase of your berries.

ELDERBERRIES
Have you ever heard of Elderberries? Elderberries are one of the most commonly used medicinal plants in the world. They are packed with antioxidants and Vitamin C. But beware, the raw berries, bark and leaves are poisonous. Don’t let that deter you though because the berries can be cooked into the most delicious juice, jams, or wine. We love to make Elderberry syrup for a little splash of immunity boosting in the morning. The cream coloured flowers of the Elderberry bushes are also edible and are often boiled with sugar to make a sweet syrup to infuse into teas, cakes or lemonade.
Elderflowers are available mid-July to mid-August. Elderberries are available in the fall.
2025 Pricing
$1/flower head
$7/lb for berries
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required to pick berries in order to ensure we have enough berries available for everyone who comes to the farm. You can buy your Strawberry and Raspberry ticket through Simpli Events.
Tickets are NOT required per person. Each $5 ticket is a deposit on one 5lb basket of berries. At checkout your ticket cost will be deducted from your total purchase. Generally families who want to just eat fresh berries only need one ticket. Those who wish to make jam or freeze berries for the winter, would purchase more than one ticket. Elderberry picking must be booked by contacting our farm through email. Watch social media for berry updates!
I can't see any tickets on the ticket site. Why?
We only open a small number of tickets at a time (a few days to a week), depending on the field conditions and weather. If none are visible, we are currently sold out. However, we continually upload tickets as conditions allow. Tickets are always added at 7pm. So, check the booking platform often to see if more tickets have been added.
Do you allow photography?
Yes we do. We encourage all visitors to the farm to take as many photos as they like for their personal use.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and cash at this time.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes we are! However, our furry friends are not allowed in our berry patches. Dogs are welcome to come visit our farm but must stay out of the patch with an adult supervising them. Please ensure they are on leash in case any of our other guests are fearful. Also, please help us keep a clean place for all to enjoy and clean up after your dog.
Are there other activities to do on your farm while picking berries?
We have a few picnic tables for families to use during berry season. Bring a picnic if you want! Picnic tables are on a first come, first served basis, unless reserved for a private rental.
